Underage Drinking Prevention Grant Awarded to Tillamook County Tillamook County has been selected as one of 12 counties in Oregon to implement the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF), an agreement between the county and the Addictions and Mental Health Division. Tillamook County was identified as a recipient utilizing a rigorous data-driven needs analysis process.

The SPF is a three-year process of implementing a five-step prevention planning and implementation framework. Oregon’s priority is “high risk drinking among 18 to 25 year olds” ultimately leading to the reduction of alcohol abuse and dependence.
